As a donor your views are very important. Sharing your experience as both a patient and a donor will help onCore UK to:
- understand your journey as a patient and a donor
- improve the information we provide to patients and donors
- improve the donation process
- adapt to the changing demands of cancer care
- guide our future direction.
In December 2007 we launched the Donor Forum, which is open to any onCore UK donor. It is a special communication channel through which we keep you up to date with our news, and you tell us what you think.
You will receive our quarterly newsletter, onCore UK NEWS, via email or post. Each issue has an important section dedicated to you called the Donor Forum Noticeboard.
The Donor Forum is in its early stages, so you may not hear very much from us over the first few months. However as the Donor Forum grows we aim to organise events that you may like to attend. These events are to spark debate and to introduce you to like-minded donors and the onCore UK team.
